Haley and I worked closely for my reception and she was so patient every step of the way. Haley's commitment to ensuring every detail was perfect and that I was happy throughout the entire process did not go unnoticed.

Chantelle was with us on both the ceremony and reception day. She was an absolute sweetheart. Making my life (and everyone else's) easy from serving me my food, reminding my parents to eat, making holes in my heel straps for me, and just being there for every little thing I needed.

Kim is amazing ! I knew her because she did my brother's wedding and I saw her in action. I was of course possibly thinking of other options as well but it's so difficult to decide if they would give you results when you've never seen them work. Kim had a very concerning look at my brother's wedding , I see her sweating and eyes going everywhere , and that's why I chose her. Someone that cares , thinking multiple things at once on the job and knew exactly what's going on .
The day of my wedding she even made suggestions to my hair stylist , there was a small issue on something else and she told my mom to remain calm . She also has confident in her team so it makes it more trusting as well. Even though I've only spoken to her couple times through video chat , she read my mind couple things as well like she was my long time friend lol thanks Kim and Haley , we had some laughs and I have more memories because of it.

They were incredibly professional, kind, and creative. They worked with me through every step of the way to floral planning and decoration making (which they did an incredible job with!!). Kim’s husband also helped with walking our dog Mabel so she could be a part of the wedding and taken care of when she got home. We appreciated this so much!!

We worked with Jenna and the Envision team for the 2 months leading up to our wedding. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and we felt like they were genuinely invested in creating our dream wedding. We worked with Envision Weddings for our October 2022 wedding (month of coordination), and it was easily the best money we spent on our wedding! Kim and her team were fantastic to work with and were a huge reason our day went so smoothly. Kim has a wealth of knowledge about the wedding industry and was able to provide us with countless recommendations on our big day. She and her team made sure everything ran smoothly (and on time!) on the day of, and made it so that we didn’t have to think or worry about a thing. She somehow managed to find us a last minute Sax player when ours dropped out and was ready for any snags that could come up on our wedding day (snacks for bridal party, a ripped bridesmaids dress, etc.). If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, trust me you won’t regret it! We’ve already recommended Envision Weddings to our friends who are getting married this year! Kimberly and her team organized and coordinated our 4 day long wedding week - a fusion (Indian and Persian) wedding. The wedding week was perfect and it was all because of her and her team. They were so responsive, answered our questions at all hours of the day, and put their heart and soul into making the events special for us. Kim truly cares about the events and it is so obvious in her mannerisms.
While we were not completely sure about the Indian and Persian traditions ourselves, Kim went out of her way to teach us about the specifics and how the ceremonies would proceed. We highly recommend Kim and her team to everyone. They went above and beyond what we would have ever expected from their team. I don’t think that there is a team out there that cares more about their clients’ weddings.

My fiancée and I hired Envision Weddings to be our planner for our big day and it was honestly one of the best investments that we have ever made.
From the beginning they were professional yet down to earth at the same time. They did a wonderful job of taking the stress away from a normally very stressful event.
And then there was our Senior planner, Jenna. She is organized, extremely easy to get along with and has a passion for what she does. We honestly felt like we were planning the wedding with a good friend.
They say you can’t have a wedding without something going wrong and for ours it seemed like everything that could possibly go wrong was going wrong. A storm hit on the day of the wedding and knocked out the power at our venue for most of the day. This is when we saw Jenna at her best - not only did she spring into action right away but she kept us completely calm during the whole ordeal and through multiple calls and running around and with the help of some friends we were able to still carry out everything that we had set out to do and planned for so long!

We couldn't have had a more perfect/seamless wedding day with the Envision Weddings Team by our side. Our lead Kim was so attentive to our wants and needs and ensured everyone was on time. She made it fun and there was communication all the way through so we as a couple, knew what to expect. Her assistants Jenna and Haley were amazing as well, checking in with us from time to time ensuring we were hydrated and had eaten. Being in the event industry myself, investing in a coordinator for your wedding is the best thing we could have done. We had a stress free day (besides the nerves/anxiety) and Kim and her team made it all happen. Also, Envision Floral Studio did our florals and centrepieces and we couldn't be more thrilled.
