All that glitters is gold!
Well, not really, but Vivian and Jonathan’s wedding definitely sparkled. One of the several weddings that we did over the summer where the couples were from out of town, Vivian and Jonathan worked with us for about 8 months to put together their beautiful wedding for 250 guests.
Hailing from the Big Apple, Vivian and Jonathan wanted everything to go perfectly for them given that they were planning from abroad. Vivian had agreed to hold the wedding in Toronto where Jonathan is from, even though most of her family and friends would be coming in from NYC. And what a great choice they made - especially when choosing venues! They ended up hosting their wedding at the gorgeous Palais Royale, one of Toronto’s best premier wedding venues, with views overlooking the water, and catering to die for.
We had the opportunity to provide floral and decor services, as well as planning for them, which was also a joy. With a blush, ivory and gray palette, it was hard to go wrong.
Finally, let’s not forget about the little details - V+J insisted on their guests having a little memoir of the Great White North as a parting gift, so they decided on mini maple syrup favours, made especially for them from Ontario’s own Nyman Farms (sold weekly at the Brickworks Farmer’s Market).
